You blocked off time to exercise. You meant to do it. You were ready.

Then the alarm went off and despite your best intentions, you were exhausted. Your kid was up at 2 AM. Work was guaranteed to be overwhelming. So your brain found six reasons why today wasn't the day.

You skipped it.

You're not lazy. You're not undisciplined. You're not failing because you lack willpower.
