Hey everyone,

We’re getting really close to Ava’s due date. So there is a chance that next Monday might be a skip or just a cute picture. But today’s topic is about social influence. I’ll do a little teaser and then show you the video.

If you are here, you likely found me on WeightWatchers or Youtube. But if you find this advice beneficial, please considering sharing!

Let’s get into todays lesson (I also covered this in our Friday WeightWatchers workshop)

I've been trying to cut out sweet treats after dinner. So I did the smart thing and didn't keep any in the house. Problem solved.

Then my wife came home from her last day of work with a box from a Japanese bakery that another nurse had given her. She opened it up and said, "Look what I got." They were honestly the cutest looking treats I've ever seen.

I ate some.

My motivation didn't change that night. What changed was what was in front of me, and who was in front of me.

That's what this week's video is about. I call it the invisible influence: the people and places around you that influence your decisions, whether you notice them or not.

Here is the video

Talk soon,
Justin

P.S. At the end of the video I give you three things to try this week. One of them takes about ten seconds to prepare. Send me a message back with any lesson you gained from the video.
